WHAT IT MAKES
VIP Dispatch is a set of Claude Skills that builds a health dashboard for one of your accounts. You point it at a site and get back one HTML file: a score for the site, six dimensions under it, and the readings behind each one.
It is built to be handed over. The file carries no dependencies, so it opens in any browser, survives being forwarded, and can go to a customer with nothing to host and nothing to log into.
Platform health comes from WordPress VIP and content performance from Parse.ly. Both are first-party and read-only, so there is no third-party contract to clear before you run one.

HOW IT SCORES
Six dimensions, each with a fixed weight. A dimension with a source behind it gets a score. A dimension without one reads Unscored, keeps its weight, and stays out of the total. It never fills the gap with a number from somewhere else.
Scores run against the site’s own record over the previous ninety days, not an industry benchmark. The number answers whether this site is better than it was. Two accounts scoring 63 are not the same.
The first run went against a live property with one dimension scored. It caught a drop in reading time that looked like a trend until a shorter window placed it on two days, and a section template that had stopped linking onward.
VIP Dispatch is on A8c GitHub. It carries a worked example you can open in any browser to see the finished shape, a second build that reads from the Parse.ly connector live in Claude, and the one scoring skill written so far, dispatch-freshness, packaged for install.
Dispatch is alpha. The live build ships with no account attached, so you point it at your own by adding your Parse.ly site and connector to the address bar.
